Level Up: New Tools to Power Your Coaching Business

A look at the new session add-on booking from the enrollment page.

It's Liam again with some exciting news.

I've just launched some major updates for Coachmake. As seen in the screenshot above, sessions booked as add-ons to program enrollments is now LIVE! This means that in the program creation process, a coach can set their availability and preference for add-ons to a program. They can set prices for those sessions, and when a student enrolls in their program including session add-ons, the student is able to book a myriad of different recurring sessions, or just simple one-off sessions through the Enrollment UI.

Additionally, coaches can now create package pricing while creating a program. They can select from a few different options for how they want their program package pricing to be offered. This gives students more choice in terms of how they want to pay for a program enrollment, and allows coaches the flexibility yet stability of long term payment options.

Finally, Coachmake is now offering coach tier subscriptions which enable coaches to keep more of their profit from program enrollments and session add ons by opting to subscribe to a higher tier.

The first tier is called "Aspire"which is the free tier that takes a larger 20% commission for all transactions through Coachmake. This tier is designed for those starting out who may not want to pay the startup cost of a higher tier coach subscription.

The middle tier is called "Expand" and it allows a coach to keep 96% of all session add-on revenue and 92% of all regimented program enrollment revenue. This tier costs $76/month when paid for on an annual plan or $90/month when paid monthly. It is designed for coaches who, as the name suggests, are expanding their practice, they likely would want to keep more of their revenue but also might not want to pay the premium subscription price of the Renown tier.

That brings us to the final and most premium tier, the "Renown" tier. This coach subscription tier allows a coach to keep 100% revenue from all of their students' transactions that take place through Coachmake. The Renown tier costs $212/month when paid for annually, and costs $250/month when paid for monthly.

This was a long update to work on, but thankfully it is here, and with it I plan to look for more early coaches who are willing to provide me with feedback I can implement in order to make the platform better, and to continue in my mission to make preventative health solutions scalable and thus accessible to end users.
